Bachelor of Laws
Antonie immigrated from South Africa with his family in 2019 in search of better
opportunities for their family. Since then, he has been passionate about helping others come
to New Zealand to experience the same opportunities and peace he and his family have. He completed his Bachelor of Laws at the University of Waikato in 2024 and was admitted as a Barrister & Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in September 2025.
Antonie has spent the last year building his knowledge in all aspects of the immigration
process, with a special interest in complicated partnership, student, character, residence and
citizenship cases. Antonie has assisted in researching, drafting and preparing submissions on
complex cases and appealing decisions to Immigration Managers in cases where incorrect
decisions have been made. Antonie brings a positive and vibrant energy to work, fostering
creativity and success for our clients.
In his off time, Antonie is an avid Brazilian jiu-jitsu competitor who has competed at the
national level. He also enjoys following rugby and the UFC as well as being active outdoors.
